نبذة عن الوظيفة

The purpose of this job is to reduce attrition of Retail Customers by retaining good quality customers in the portfolio and by coordinating with respective branches and customers with feasible solutions and closures. This also includes providing inputs for smooth functioning through lean processes, reducing work duplication and analyzing the existing work flows of basic products and services.

المسئوليات

Key Result Areas

  • Ensure retention requests received by the branches are addressed.
  • Support sales function through branch network across UAE and ensure delivery of Business targets.
  • Review and analyze requests received from the branches for deviations and escalations.
  • Responsible to create awareness on policies and process pertaining to retail credit, compliance, operations and other related functions.
  • Identify opportunities for sales support to streamline sales process and procedures.
  • Perform as primary liaison to Product Development, Operations, IT, Credit and various departments as required.
  • Coordinate with team members to assure on time completion of proposals.
  • Support branches sales on cases for escalation/deviation approval from appropriate authorities with proper review and justification.

  • Facilitate the identification of process improvements through customer retention.
  • Assist entire branch network to deploy and execute ‘Customer Promise’.
  • Champion service quality culture.

Adminstration

  • High level of internal cross-functional interaction with Credit, Operations et al on product parameters, process revamps and trainings on new parameter changes.
  • Support line manager with reports and Audit requirements.
  • Support line manager with any other tasks outlined by Management based on business needs & work requirements.
